Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the Website Operator and any person using the Website (the "User"). By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms in full. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the Website.

1. Status of the Operator

1.1. The Website is operated by a team of specialists based in the United Arab Emirates (the "Operator"). The Website's servers are located in the United Arab Emirates.

1.2. The Operator is not a legal entity. Services are provided in a private capacity through a team of authorized managers.

1.3. The Operator acts solely as an independent informational intermediary. The Operator:

•is not a party to any transactions between buyers and sellers;

•does not take possession of goods and does not store them;

•does not accept payment for goods;

•assumes no liability for the performance of contractual obligations by the parties to a transaction.

1.4. All information posted on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of applicable law.

2. Limitation of Liability

2.1. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Website and is not liable for possible technical failures, interruptions, temporary unavailability of the Website, or the actions of third parties.

2.2. The Operator is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Website, or as a result of transactions concluded by the User with third parties (suppliers, buyers, intermediaries, and other counterparties).

2.3. The Operator provides no warranties regarding the quality, quantity, delivery times, legality of origin, compliance with legal requirements, or other characteristics of goods discussed through the Website. All negotiations and transactions are conducted by the User directly with the counterparty.

2.4. All final decisions on transactions are made by the parties (buyer and seller) independently and at their own risk.

2.5. The Operator is not liable for the accuracy of information provided by the User or the counterparty.

3. User Obligations

3.1. The User undertakes to use the Website exclusively for lawful purposes and not to violate applicable law, the rights of third parties, or international trade rules.

3.2. The User undertakes not to take actions aimed at disrupting the operation of the Website, unauthorized access to its content or infrastructure.

3.3. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide through the Website.

3.4. The User undertakes to conduct all communications related to the use of the Site exclusively through the Site's functionality (chat, feedback forms, specified contact details).

3.5. The User undertakes not to take any actions aimed at establishing direct contacts with suppliers, contractors, or other persons who came to the User's attention through the Site, for the purpose of concluding transactions bypassing the Operator.

3.6. The User is prohibited from engaging third parties to perform the actions specified in clause 3.5.

3.7. The obligations provided for in clauses 3.4–3.6 shall remain in force for 2 (two) years after the User ceases to use the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All materials posted on the Website (texts, images, logos, structure, design) are protected by copyright law.

4.2. Copying, distribution, or other use of the Website's materials without the Operator's written permission is prohibited.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1. These Terms and any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Website are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates based on the location of the Website's servers.

5.2. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

6. Modification and Termination

6.1. The Operator may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The new version comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website.

6.2. The Operator may restrict or terminate the User's access to the Website in case of violation of these Terms.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

7.2. These Terms are drawn up in Russian and English. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
